A Quick Thought That Deserves Lots of Thought

“Love your fellow as yourself”—Leviticus 19:18
We’ve all heard this many times. First you must love yourself? Who would want your love if you don’t? Too many of us are too busy not loving ourselves to be able to love others. It starts with recognizing and constantly reminding yourself that you are valuable and matter. Your life has purpose and meaning. Someone or many need the love that you should have for yourself.

Laugh At Yourself
One of the most important things you can do in reframing all your thoughts to the positive is to begin by having a sense of humor about yourself. We are all too hard on ourselves.

Exercise and Life
Most think that the good feeling coming from a workout is the release of endorphins and the like. It actually takes 2-3 hours of sustained exercise to produce that.
Give yourself the credit. The good feeling comes from the sense of accomplishment. The more challenging the struggle is, the better the feeling. Think of all your struggles, the ones you choose and the ones chosen for you in this way. Accomplishment makes you stronger, healthier, and better —Heart and Soul.
“All things are difficult before they are easy.” – Thomas Fuller (1608-61)
