“I’ll See It When I Believe It.”
Sometimes the signs are even more obvious than the story of the flood. They come in any and many forms. All that we need to keep us moving forward and growing are all around us. They might be a person, an animal or insect, something in nature, a song,…… .
One day a man was driving to a very important meeting. He was running late and couldn’t find a place to park. He became exasperated, so he looked up and said “G-d, if you get me a parking spot I will give one thousand dollars to charity.” He looked down and there was a spot. He looked up and said “Never mind, I found one. Thanks anyway.”
We’ve all heard the expression “I’ll believe it when I see it”, perhaps that’s backwards and should be re-framed to say, “I’ll see it when I believe it.”
“There are two ways of looking at the world. Either you see nothing as a miracle or you see everything as a miracle.” – Albert Einstein
