I’m Back to “Shine A Little Light”
Yes, I have been MIA for almost seven months.
I am back to share the story of a man, Yitzi Hurwitz, that will help us all “Shine A Little Light”. A man who is the pinnacle of inspiration with his strength, courage, and faith. Also, of his wife Dina, who with unconditional love reminds him of who he still is. A story so compellingly inspiring, it inspired me and compelled me to share it.
Here is Yitzi Hurwitz’s story as told by him. See and hear how he managed to find the positive and continue to bring his light! Have lots of Kleenex handy
Here is a song, written by Yitzi Hurwitz, sung by several people, . It originally was written as a Chanukah song. Since the main lesson of Chanukah is that of “Light Vanquishing The Darkness”, it’s a lesson for everyday, not just eight days, and a lesson for all people everyday!
The last night of Chanukah was last night, so why didn’t I put this out before? I post it now to carry forward the lesson of “Light Vanquishing The Darkness” for each and everyone to keep the flame of your unique light continually burning brighter each and everyday.
“The human soul is a divine lamp.” (Proverbs 20:27)
“Shine A Little Light” a little more each day through doing good, kindness, compassion, empathy, and charity and miracles can happen!
Be Good Do Good Think Good Be Grateful Be Healthy Be A Light
P.S. I have been touched by those that have mentioned to me how much they miss my words and tried to find me and bring me back. Thank You
Fred, thank you for the thought and effort you put into sharing with us.
Thank you Kirk for reading the posts
What keeps Rabbi Hurwitz going as he said in the video is that he still matters!
We are not just matter. It is each one of us that matters. We matter not because we are, but by what we do and give.
I write this blog to matter
