What Do You Do?
There is this story of three men who are employed cutting blocks of stone. They were each asked what they do, one answered, “Cutting stone,” the second said, “Earning a living,” the third said, “Building a palace.”
We can find joy or happiness in everything we do, if we do it with a larger purpose in mind. If everything you do is infused with your unique purpose and meaning, then everything you do will have purpose and meaning. Be aware of all your actions and whether or not they are aimed at your goal. Then, nothing you do will be mundane or routine. You will then find happiness in every moment.
How you do what you do determines who you are. Too often and for too many, we define ourselves by what we do for a living. Remember this…..What you do for a living does not define you, but how you do it does!

Another gem. Not what you do but how you do it. We so easily forget that.
