Who Is Wise?

How can we profit from the “mean” person who might be making marginally more? Leaving aside for the moment that the kinder boss might inspire others to do their jobs more productively, then the business will have a larger profit and then everyone can earn more. If everyone we meet is for a reason, then we can profit even from meeting the meanie.
