Yourself As Your Rival

May 24, 2011

Once again sing along with me, “It’s the eye of the tiger, it’s the thrill of the fight, rising up to the challenge of our rival”, Survivor. How often is our toughest rival the person we see when we look in the mirror? The opponent who holds us back and tries to tear us down through trash talk (see the inner-speak series). You are stronger. Deliver a knockout punch and free yourself from your self-imposed constraints.
